Carl: Thanks for the beautiful pictures, especially Antelope Canyon. We were surprised to get them so quickly. Thank you and God bless. Dave and Jane Weaver

Dave and Jane, I like the texture. Great silvery tones. Only thing I would suggest is that you would have taken a couple steps to the right to square up the line at top. Just a thought.

, United States Yes, I love the texture and tones of old weathered barn wood. I'm going to re-visit this barn with my 4x5 to capture more detail. |
The moon just doesn't quite get it here. The ducks on the docks, highlights, and wispy clouds indicate a different time of day. Also, the length of the shadows from the posts are dead givaways. Nice digital work, though.

, United States I agree with your comments, but thought it was worth trying. Very nice, Mr. Schofield. Good lead-in with the dock, great tonality. Curious how you got the angler to remain still for 4 sec.

, United States Thank you CH. I also prefer working in B&W. Very powerful and elegant. I am a little hesitant to rate the technical quality or composition. But think your photographs are psychologically powerful. I especially like Snow and Ice.

Carl Some great shoots of New Mexico. The adobe architure here is wonderful. I recognize most of the locations, but was wondering where you shot the Spanish Dancers?

, United States Thanks Mike. The images of the dancers were taken at the annual Fiesta on the plaza in Santa Fe. Awesome image. There is almost to much to absorb. Where are these falls. Thanks

spectacular, great use of infrared. how did you get to your camera position? bridge? also wondering why the kayak is somewhat central if it moved into frame after you'd started the exposure. but it is a neat effect -- transient humans and all.

Thanks Keith. I had my tripod set up on a dock for this shot. This is great shot. I do like the tonality much more than on the other exposures (only how they are displayed here online, I bet they are all perferct prints). Very nice composition and good f-stop choise.
